Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis or reverse osmosis has become a widely used technique to upgrade all types of water to a high quality water with few salts and minerals. In reverse osmosis, all particles are filtered down to the level of ions. This means that bacteria, viruses, macromolecules, ions and salts are filtered out of the water. Monitoring these installations is specialist work, because it can significantly increase the performance of your installation. Problems and malfunctions can be prevented by correct monitoring and treatment of the water. In this way the maximum yield can be obtained from the installation. With at least 20 years of experience in the treatment of reverse osmosis installations, Aquatreat was one of the first companies to specialize in this area, and we now use that experience to better assist you.
P- en N- free products
With at least 20 years of experience in the treatment of reverse osmosis plants, Aquatreat was one of the first companies to specialize in this application. We have phosphorus-free and nitrogen-free antiscalants that are used without problems even in very large installations worldwide with great success. You can also count on our technical advice, we have calculation programs that, based on the parameters of your installation, provide you with a detailed overview of the potential problems, the most suitable product and the recommended dosage. With an overview of the deposition pressure on your membranes before and after treatment.
NSF Standard 60
The NSF label is a certification awarded to products that meet the strict standards and requirements of the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
A number of our antiscalants and cleaners for RO are NSF Standard 60 certified. This means that they may be used for the production of drinking water.
The NSF Standard 60 label is awarded after a thorough annual evaluation of the product and production facilities. The process includes laboratory testing, inspections of manufacturing facilities and review of quality control processes.
Prevent deposits
Our products are designed to prevent different types of deposits in filtration and reverse osmosis installations. Limescale can lead to clogging and inefficiency, leading to higher costs and increased maintenance. By using our products we extend the life of your membranes, with less maintenance and lower costs in the long term. Our products are effective in preventing all kinds of deposits and microbiological problems and are used by customers all over the world to improve the performance of both small and large membrane filtration installations.
Cleaners
A heavy load on your membranes does not have to mean the end. We have a number of unique cleaners that can remove even difficult combinations of contaminants, in some cases even in one step. In addition, all our cleaners are suitable for use in the production of drinking water. We carry out cleaning tests in order to give you the best possible advice about the type of cleaner that you can best use and the most appropriate procedure for your cleaning. Naturally, all this is tailored to your installation.
Autopsies
To identify the cause of membrane problems, Aquatreat also performs membrane autopsies. During the analysis, we investigate the exact cause of the problem with the membrane. Then we test which cleaner produces the best results. After a thorough analysis, we can determine the cause, but also the best cleaner for your membranes. In this way we can improve the water treatment of your R.O. custom installation for the most efficient operation of your equipment.
